We take great care in packing every ililily hat to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of the order date. Orders placed on weekends or selected holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your shipment may be delayed by an additional 2 business days. Orders containing out-of-stock items may require an additional 5 business days to process.

Shipping Carriers

Domestic (USA) orders are shipped via USPS. International orders are shipped via UPS.

Important: Address Requirements

  • Please enter your full address in English (road number, house number, unit, etc.) to ensure safe and timely delivery
  • A contact phone number is required for all orders shipped via UPS internationally
  • We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses

Extended Delivery Area (ODD) Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight. However, certain postal codes may incur an additional Extended Delivery Area (ODD) charge assessed by the carrier. Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to your country's customs duties and import taxes. Please note:

  • All orders are declared at full value as required by law
  • ililily is unable to reimburse customs duties or import taxes
  • Your order may be dispatched from multiple warehouses (USA, UK, South Korea, Japan) and may arrive in separate packages
  • For questions about customs fees, please contact your local customs office
