RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to love your ililily hat. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, email us at support@ililily.com with your order number.

Item Condition All returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In brand new condition with all original tags attached

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless required by law:

  • Sale merchandise

How to Return

Domestic (USA):

  1. Email us at support@ililily.com with your order number within 15 days of delivery.
  2. We will provide a pre-paid USPS return shipping label.
  3. Pack the hat securely in its original packaging and seal with box tape.
  4. Drop off the package at your nearest USPS location.

International:

  1. Email us at support@ililily.com with your order number within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Pack the hat securely in its original packaging and seal with box tape.
  3. Ship via UPS to the return address provided by our team. (Pre-paid return labels are not available for international returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.)

Refund Processing

  • Domestic returns: Allow 2–3 weeks from the return ship date, plus 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
  • International returns: Allow 4–6 weeks, plus 2–3 billing cycles.
  • Gift card or store credit purchases will be refunded to the original payment method.
